Meet Erin
Erin Blackburn, MA, LMFT is a licensed psychotherapist practicing in the state of Utah since 2018.
Called to deeper work, Erin continued to pursue training through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute in Boulder, Colorado to become a certified Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Provider in 2023. She was then provided the opportunity to train abroad in Amsterdam/ Culemborg, Netherlands, returning with an additional Advanced Psychedelic Therapy Certificate. She specializes in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and integration with both individuals and couples.
Meet David
David Nielsen, RN is a Registered Nurse and Integration Companion. He has over 14 years of experience in behavioral health nursing, with much of his career focusing on working with trauma survivors, particularly men with PTSD and other complex disorders. Feeling misaligned with the symptom- focused and cyclical nature of traditional medical settings, David was guided to work in more holistic treatment settings. Since that time, he has specialized in ketamine administration/ integration work, and is pursuing ongoing education within the realms of psychedelic medicine. ​

Our Story
We believe that every individual with whom we work has an Inner Healing Intelligence… they have what they need to heal within themselves. However, it can often be difficult to know where to start, or how to keep going. We truly believe in our clients and meet them with presence and sincerity, creating a space in which they can feel empowered to "go there" and tap into that inner healing. We specialize in working with adults navigating various concerns related to identity, purpose, relationships (with self, others, body, "vices"), trauma, spirituality, major life transitions (divorce, career, religion), and grief/loss.

At Pneuma, we specialize in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and psychedelic integration; helping our clients process, gain insights, and integrate psychedelic experiences as well as other experiences related to non- ordinary states of consciousness into their lives in a way that encourages profound, multi- level growth and healing.

We operate under the belief that we can only take our clients as far as we are willing to go ourselves. In other words, we're doing the work too. We hope to offer value to our clients, not only through clinical and educational experience, but through a genuine human experience as well.
