I integrate the concept of Pneuma into my work with clients in various ways. Through this approach, I endeavor to help my clients deepen their self-trust, explore their experience in a new way, and create lasting change within themselves and in their lives.
What is the cost and do you take insurance?
- Individual Therapy (50 mins) - $150
- Couple’s Therapy (50 mins)- $150
- Ketamine Assisted Therapy (90 minute session)- $250
- Ketamine Assisted Therapy (2 hour session) $300
- I currently accept Aetna, Optum, and Cigna insurances. If you are covered by a different insurance company and have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly receipt and superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
**Please note that KAP sessions are not covered by insurance.
What kind of commitment do I need to make?
Therapy is a commitment and investment of both time and resources. I ask my clients to commit to a minimum of 12 weeks of therapy, as consistency is a necessary part of allowing for deeper work, growth, and discovery, as well as the building of a therapeutic relationship between client and therapist.
